Before a pipeline can be put into service, it needs to be pressure tested in order to guarantee the integrity of the pipes, joint fittings and other components. EcoDrains Ltd. can perform a comprehensive pressure test on new pipelines, using state-of-the-art equipment to accurately detect any possible deficiencies in the structure. Pressure testing is required in situations where new water mains are being commissioned and it must be carried out before the mains can be chlorinated.

We use a test pump which will be configured to match the exact type and size of the pipe which needs to be tested, ensuring the most accurate results are delivered. The type of pressure test will also depend on the pipeline material, EcoDrains Ltd. can provide a suitable test for all types of pipeline material.

Our highly skilled, fully qualified technicians are able to produce the results of the pressure test immediately, at which point the test results will be analysed and compiled into a report which will be issued to you. We will also make recommendations on any improvements which need to be made.
